All the while technicians that have been at the company for a decade havenвЂ™t seen another penny. To add insult to injury, these new technicians are being given a $750 bonus for staying with the company for 3 months. These people also canвЂ™t handle the workload so it puts incredible pressure on veteran techs that not only have to worry about their work but otherвЂ™s work as well. The result is you have a bunch of people that donвЂ™t know even the basics of troubleshooting computers repairing $2000+ machines. You could have never worked on a computer before and as long as you can read and write English youвЂ™re in. The problem is that most of the people they hire are incredibly incompetent. Something theyвЂ™ll say when hiring is вЂњ7am to finishвЂќ Recently, they have begun to hire more people because their retention rate is horrible. Overtime is not mandatory but you wouldnвЂ™t know it by the way they push you to have all the work done every day. ItвЂ™s impossible to make plans because you donвЂ™t know when youвЂ™ll leave. You show up for work at 7am and you could be there twelve hours. I work at an Apple repair depot, a company called CSAT Solutions. This subreddit is not endorsed or sponsored by Apple Inc.
